International Shipping Note: We proudly serve customers worldwide, excluding select Asian countries and remote areas. Customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in shipping costs.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Eligibility Period
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery date.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- House Shoes (hygiene reasons)
- Blue-light glasses (prescription and personal use nature)
- Items marked as “final sale”

Step 2: Wait for Authorization
Our customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and detailed shipping instructions.
